Welcome to Acquired Asset Solutions, Inc. Bulk REO information page. It is important to understand that our company will act not as an intermediary but Buyer’s Mandates. Because sellers frown on doing business with daisy chains this is the only acceptable way to work with Acquired Asset Solutions.
In order for new and/or prospective buyers to get a better understanding of how to buy wholesale bulk real estate assets through our program we have prepared the following:
STEP 1
AAS Representative will assist Buyer in preparing the following for submission:
1. Letter of Intent
2. Executive Summary/Profile
3. Non Compete/Non Disclosure Agreement
STEP 2
Prospective New Buyer (Buyer) to be considered for bulk inventory purchase must meet or have phone interview with AAS Representative.
During this meeting/interview the following will be determined:
1. Mutual suitability of Buyer with AAS business model and goals.
2. Buyer’s previous history/track record in bulk purchase(s)
3. Buyer’s capital capacity for bulk purchase(s).
4. Buyer’s business plan for off load or resale of units.
STEP 3
Buyer submits Letter of Intent and Executive Summary/Profile to AAS Representative
AAS Representative reviews paperwork
AAS Representative submits package to Sellers Mandate
AAS Managing Partner reviews for:
1. Letter of Intent for suitability and availability in current marketplace.
AAS Legal Department reviews:
1. Executive Summary/Profile of Buyer for background review.
2. Sign Buyer to our sister brokerage and which will act as Buyer’s Mandate.
STEP 4
Upon successful completion and approval of Letter of Intent and Executive
Summary/Profile, AAS Representative and will meet or conference with
a) Buyer to review process and product availability.
b) Buyer will provide satisfactory evidence of capital resources POF
c) Letter of Intent target purchase.
STEP 5
A price quote/product list will be generated within 5 business days and sent to Buyer for review.
