Investors can buy foreclosures at 25%-70% of the market value. This is a fully managed private joint venture specializing in REAL BULK REO PRODUCT. We currently have packages available. $250 Billion Private Equity Fund with Deeds in Hand, properties include both residential and commercial! For access to our tapes, we need verifiable Proof of Funds from your bank, your bank representative’s phone number, and a Letter of Intent.

* Minimum 1,000,000 or more required. Management fees are 10% of investment.

CASH FLOWING FORECLOSURES YIELDING 15-17% $500,000

We buy homes in bulk from banks and sell them to homeowners, providing seller financing and creating immediate cash flow without the headaches of landlording. These cash flowing homes are sold individually or in groups, to investors like you, reflecting 15-17% returns + cap gain. There are also no maintenance fees. Larger investors can join our programs for buying larger Bulk REO Tapes, leveraging our sales and disposition platform and our direct bank and large investor relationships. There are no Daisy Chains.

GUARANTEED CASH FLOW PROPERTIES – 12% $100,000

We utilize in-depth investment analysis to locate properties with the greatest potential and negotiate favorable terms with sellers. Monthly cash flow upon acquisition. These are short holding period (2-3 years) joint ventures. Ideal for anyone, including 1031 tax deferred exchanges, IRA’s, and 401K’s.
